Nelsen Welding, located at 1609 Antique City Drive in Walnut, celebrated a grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Friday, March 18, 2016. Owner Dakota Nelsen, and his wife Felicia, were on hand to cut the ribbon along with Walnut city officials, and Lori Holste, Executive Director of Western Iowa Development Association. Nelsen said the business specialized in pouring concrete and welding: including building cattle buildings, fences and feed facilities. Friday's event also included a bus tour of some facilities sponsored by Renew Ag in Atlantic. The business has been in the Antique City Drive location, next door to Kum and Go, for about six weeks, Nelsen said.
Nelsen Welding and Construction is located at 1609 Antique City Dr. 712-307-2448.
